“Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world.” At Youth Education and Sports (YES), we operationalize Nelson Mandela’s words on a daily basis. Education is a process of transferring knowledge, values, and abilities from one person to another. It’s an activity that helps to develop personality and enables youth to find clarity of mind and the right direction in life.
In Youth Education and Sports we believe that by delivering education we create a path towards people’s empowerment and employment and this ties in with building strong economies and peaceful societies.
After Launching the first Diploma in Community Interpreting with the University of Nairobi, the second “Diploma in Entrepreneurship” with the University of Moi is in the launch phase and the deadline to submit the applications is approaching. Both diplomas are part of the offering of the African University Network for High Education in Emergencies (AUN4HEiE) We thank those who have already applied and welcome those who are still considering to apply for this or future diplomas offered through the AUN4HEiE.
